How to Prepare Your Property and Outdoor Spigot for Service

Water Spigot — Required for Pressure Washing

• 1.Test the outdoor spigot before the appointment. Turn it on fully and make sure water flows without issues.
• 2.Clear anything blocking access to the spigot — garden hoses, pots, decorations.
• 3.Let us know if your spigot has a specialty connection or requires an adapter.
• 4.If you have multiple spigots, let us know which one is closest to the work area.
• 5.The mobile express car wash does not require a spigot — low-water rinseless method only.

Clear the Surface Area

• 1.Move vehicles out of the driveway. The entire surface needs to be accessible.
• 2.Remove any furniture, pots, decorations, or obstacles from the area being cleaned — patio furniture from the patio, items from the walkway, etc.
• 3.Move or anchor anything that could be blown over by water pressure — lightweight items, potted plants near the cleaning zone.
• 4.If there is a gate that needs to be unlocked for access to a fence or backyard surface, leave it unlocked or leave a key with us.

Do You Need to Be Home?

No. You do not need to be home as long as we have access to the outdoor spigot and the surfaces being cleaned. We send before-and-after photos when the job is complete. If we notice anything unusual or have a question, we will text you during the job.

After the Service

• 1.Freshly cleaned concrete will look noticeably different — sometimes dramatically cleaner in the cleaned areas vs. anything uncleaned nearby.
• 2.The surface will be wet after cleaning. Allow time to dry before parking a vehicle on it.
• 3.If you notice anything that looks like it was missed, text us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no charge.
• 4.Some deep stains (heavy oil, rust, oxidation) may have improved but not disappeared completely. If we told you to expect this before the job, this is normal.
