How do I get a quote?
Text your address and a few photos of what needs cleaning to 407-721-8226. Most quotes are confirmed the same day. You can also call if you prefer to talk through it first.
What does the $99 driveway special include?
The $99 driveway cleaning special covers driveways up to 400 square feet. It includes professional surface cleaning, mildew and algae treatment, edge detailing, and a final rinse. The final price is confirmed before work begins.
How much does pressure washing cost?
Pricing depends on the surface and size. Driveway cleaning starts at $99 (up to 400 sq ft promo) or $129 standard. Sidewalk cleaning starts at $69. Walkway cleaning starts at $59. Patio and flat concrete starts at $79. Fence cleaning starts at $119 per side for wood and $149 per side for vinyl or metal. Full pricing is listed on the Services page.
How long does the service take?
Most residential driveways take 1–3 hours depending on size and condition. Sidewalks and walkways typically take 45–90 minutes. Fences vary by length. We always aim to be efficient without cutting corners.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. You do not need to be home. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot and access to the surfaces being cleaned. We send before-and-after photos when the job is complete.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Orlando and surrounding Central Florida. On weekdays we generally work within approximately 15 miles of our base in 32825. On weekends we can travel up to approximately 50 miles. Text your address and we will confirm availability quickly.
What surfaces do you clean?
We specialize in concrete and fence cleaning: driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios, miscellaneous flat concrete slabs, and fences (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link). We also offer a mobile express car wash service. We do not currently offer house washing, roof washing, paver sealing, or commercial pressure washing.
What if something was missed during my service?
If I missed a spot, let me know — I'll come back the next day and reclean it. Some deep stains (heavy oil, rust, paint, oxidation, irrigation stains) may improve but not disappear completely — that is always communicated before the job.
Can you guarantee complete stain removal?
No. Heavy oil, rust, irrigation stains, paint, oxidation, and other specialty stains may only lighten rather than disappear completely. This is always communicated before work begins. We will tell you honestly what to expect before you book.
Do I need to provide water?
Yes, for pressure washing services. We use your property's accessible, operational outdoor residential water spigot. Please make sure the spigot is accessible before the appointment. The mobile express car wash uses a low-water rinseless method — no spigot needed for that service.
Is there a travel fee?
Availability and any travel fee depends on your location. Text your address and we will confirm whether we serve your area and what, if any, travel fee applies. Do not assume coverage — always confirm first.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App Business, Venmo Business, PayPal Business, Apple Pay, Square, and Bitcoin. Payment details are confirmed when your appointment is scheduled.
Do you offer mobile car washing?
Yes. Full Force Express Car Wash is a low-water rinseless hand wash service. We come to your home, apartment, or workplace. Exterior wash starts at $19 for cars and $24 for SUVs, trucks, and vans. Inside and outside express package starts at $29 for cars. Most vehicles are completed in 30–45 minutes. This is an express maintenance-cleaning service, not full detailing.
