Driveway vs. Sidewalk vs. Walkway vs. Patio — What's the Difference?
When you request a quote, knowing what surface you have helps us price it accurately. Here is how Full Force classifies the flat concrete surfaces we clean — and how each is priced.
Driveway
See pricing →The main paved surface where vehicles are parked — typically running from the street to your garage or carport. Usually your largest concrete area.
Examples
- •Two-car concrete driveway
- •Single-car driveway with apron
- •Circular driveway
Sidewalk
See pricing →The public-facing concrete that runs parallel to the street along the front or side of your property. Often runs along the curb or between the curb and your property line.
Examples
- •City sidewalk in front of your property
- •Concrete strip along the road-facing edge of your yard
Walkway
See pricing →A walk path on your private property — usually leading from the street, driveway, or gate to your front door, side entrance, or back yard. Separate from the public sidewalk.

Patio & Miscellaneous Flat Concrete
See pricing →Any flat concrete area that doesn't fit neatly into the above categories. Patios, backyard slabs, side-yard strips, trash-can pads, concrete pads, extra concrete around the driveway, and similar surfaces.
